Branded Thank You Notes

I can never thank my clients enough. I say thank you, I email thank you, I write thank you, and I send thank you gifts. Recently, I updated my marketing materials to include a branded thank you card with the help of Chris from 4108 Designs.

I chose 130# Semi-Gloss 5×7 flat cards from Bay Photo because they:

  • Are sturdy enough to be mailed as postcards if I choose
  • Simplified the design process
  • Have a non-smudge/non-smear finish
  • Are economical in comparison to folding cards, but still a step up from smaller 3×5 cards
We modified my notorious tree logo to look more like a “T” instead of two “L”s and used my signature brand colors in a simple and modern, design:
We kept the reverse side blank for writing space except for my contact information, which is all over everything my clients get from me, from emails to estimates to invoices to website galleries.
My goal is to express my gratitude to every single person that does business with me, regardless if it’s a tiny print order or a huge commercial job. I am grateful for every single client; I appreciate all of you and I don’t take any of you for granted! Thank you for joining me in this adventure. If for some reason I’ve not sufficiently thanked you, please don’t be shy about telling me. I am sorry about that! And, THANK YOU!! 🙂

About Holly Baumann Photography

I am Holly Baumann Ambuehl, a commercial and portrait photographer based in Central Illinois. My blog posts feature client work, but I just love to write, so I also write about owning a business, food and drink, travel, and my personal life! I am always honored when clients trust me to capture their vision, and equally so when my readers converse with me about what I've photographed or expressed here. I hope we'll have an opportunity to collaborate professionally and/or become friends. I'd love to hear what you think! - Holly
